    Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking to add a Veterinary Criticalist to the Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center team.

    $75,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!

    Join Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center in our beautiful new 15,000-square-foot facility in the Austin/Round Rock area. You''ll be part of a collaborative specialty and emergency team with access to Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Dentistry, Cardiology support, and seven-day imaging support.

    • AAHA-accredited, Fear Free certified, Full-service hospital.
    • Our services are available 24/7 to companion animals in Austin and nearby areas.
    • We have an outside contractor for cardiology and a sonographer available for imaging Monday - Sunday.
    • Collaboration and Critical Care support from our nearby Pet Specialists of Austin team and Criticalist.

    Experience & Skills Requirements

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
    • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
    • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
    • Board Certified Veterinary Criticalist or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
