PVESC is looking for an Emergency Client Coordinator to join our team in our newly built 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital in Falmouth, Maine.

Bring your veterinary experience, calm-under-pressure attitude, and positive energy to a team where every day is different and the work truly matters.

What you’ll do:

Emergency medicine moves fast, and you’ll help keep all the pieces moving in the right direction.

• Coordinate incoming cases, triage, and patient flow
• Keep clients, referring hospitals, and our ER team connected
• Help clients navigate emergency visits with compassion and clear communication
• Support discharges, records, and day-to-day ER operations
• Work alongside our criticalists, emergency clinicians, technicians, and client service team

If you have veterinary experience, strong organization skills, and know how to stay calm when things get busy, we’d love to meet you. Emergency experience is a bonus!

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time
• Sat 9:30am- 8pm, Tues 7:30am- 6pm, Wed 9:30am- 8pm, Fri 9:30am- 8pm
• $22–$34/hour based on experience and licensure
• Sign on bonus potential based on experience and licensure
