Join Our Client Service Team!

College Way Animal Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a fast-paced, small-animal general practice dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients while supporting the pets, families, and community we serve.

Our client service team is often the first and last point of contact for our clients, making this role an essential part of creating a positive experience. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, compassionate, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy veterinary environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and requests

• Check clients in and out while maintaining an efficient flow through the hospital

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and hospital policies

• Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient and client care

• Maintain accurate client and patient information

• Process payments and assist with financial transactions

• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail

• Help create a positive, supportive experience for clients, patients, and coworkers

• Contribute to our hospital’s commitment to serving and supporting our local community

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred; veterinary or medical experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing responsibilities

• Comfortable working with computers and learning veterinary practice-management software

• Genuine love for animals and the people who care for them

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19 - $26 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
