At Farmington Veterinary Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, our Client Service Representatives are the heartbeat of our front desk-welcoming clients, supporting our veterinary team, and helping create an experience that feels warm, supportive, and community-minded.

Qualifications for role:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience REQUIRED
• Previous customer service experience in veterinary medicine/human medicine highly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and compassion
• Answering phones, emails and non-medical inquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating appointment reminders and rescheduling missed appointments
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information
• Keeping the front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms clean
• Reviewing charges at checkout and reconciling the cash drawer accurately
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
