About You
You’re a warm, detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys helping pets and their people. You’re confident at the front desk—answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, processing payments, and coordinating closely with the medical team in a fast-paced hospital.
