Our clinic specializes in dog and cat wellness and prevention, surgeries, reproduction, chiropractic techniques, laser therapy and more. We utilize low-stress handling, Fear Free principles with our patients. We have lab technology on site that allows us to see test results quickly and make health decisions/treatments based on those results.
Qualifications for ideal applicants:
- Genuinely enjoys working with animals and can deal with them even when stressed, ill or in pain
- Are well spoken and approaches job duties with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Can support and participate in a team approach to work; works well with all levels of hospital team members

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas in accordance with clinic standards
- Effectively restrain pets
- Assist in reception area
- Obtain medical history at appointments
- Client education
- Set up clinical laboratory procedures such as fecal floatation exams, heartworm tests, skin scrapings, urinalysis, ear cytology and fungal cultures
- Assist with diagnostic procedures (radiographs, ultrasound, etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned including assisting in other areas
