The Role
As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians and veterinary technicians to support a variety of medical procedures while helping guide clients through their pet’s care with confidence and compassion.
WhatYou’llDo
Restrain and safely handle pets for exams and treatments
Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
Assistdoctors and technicians with appointments and procedures
Collect patient histories and support client communication
Feed, walk, andmonitorhospitalized pets
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital
Sterilize instruments and prepare surgical packs
Assistwith laboratory samples and diagnostics
Maintainaccuratemedical records
Deliver compassionate care to patients and clients every day
WhatWe’reLooking For
1+ years ofVeterinary Assistant experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
