Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant / Veterinary Receptionist hybrid role
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 4-day workweek. Friday and Saturday availability required.

What Our Veterinary Assistants Do

• Support our veterinarians and veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care
• Assist with patient handling, restraint, treatments, and procedures
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication
• Help educate clients and strengthen the human-animal bond
• Maintain accurate patient information and support efficient hospital workflow
• Work collaboratively with teammates to keep each day running smoothly

What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring

• Previous veterinary assistant and/or veterinary reception experience
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and client education
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a busy veterinary environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Compassion for pets and the people who love them
• Friday and Saturday availability
