    Clinic Snapshot

    • Practice type: GP
    • Avg. daily patient volume: 16 to 18 patients per DVM
    • Support staff ratio: 2 to 3 techs per DVM
    • Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, high volume general practice care
    • Technology and equipment: In house diagnostics, surgical suite, evolving equipment base
    • Team culture: Collaborative, community driven, experienced team with strong partnership between DVMs and leadership

    Total Rewards

    • $140,000 base salary + production
    • VM Long Term Incentive LTI Cash Program with additional earning potential
    • No negative accrual so you are never penalized during slower periods
    • Transparent production metrics and operational support
    • Generous CE allowance of 2500 plus 24 CE hours and paid licenses

    • Comfortable practicing spectrum of care in a lower income, high need area
    • A collaborative teammate who enjoys working closely with other DVMs and the practice manager
    • Skilled in surgery and confident in a high volume environment
    • Adaptable, practical, and motivated to make a meaningful impact

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university required
    • Strong surgical skills
    • Excellent communication and client education abilities
    • Team oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate and grow
