What would your next career move look like if you could influence the direction of a veterinary practice without stepping away from the medicine that brought you into the profession?
Beyond Just You Recruiting is representing a confidential opportunity for an experienced veterinarian ready to take on greater clinical leadership. This full-time role blends small-animal practice with team development, medical oversight, and input into the decisions that shape a hospital's future.
The package includes a starting salary range of 170,000–220,000, production-based compensation, substantial bonus potential, and no non-compete agreement.
What You'll Find Here
Build your leadership experience: Help guide clinical decision-making, strengthen medical standards, and contribute to the practice's long-term direction.
Stay connected to patient care: Continue seeing small-animal cases while taking a broader role in supporting the medical team.
Make a difference for other veterinarians: Coach colleagues, encourage professional development, and help create an environment where doctors can continue to improve.
Know how your work is rewarded: Earn a base salary plus production, with no negative accrual.
Receive meaningful financial incentives: A $50,000 sign-on bonus and retention incentives totaling up to $45,000 over three years.
Keep future options open: The position does not include a non-compete agreement.
What You’ll Be Doing
The medical focus is companion-animal general practice, including preventive and sick-patient care, dentistry, routine surgery, soft-tissue procedures, and diagnostic evaluation. Available resources include in-house laboratory testing and digital imaging.
Beyond clinical work, you'll contribute to medical quality, veterinarian development, recruitment, team engagement, and operational decisions. This is an opportunity for someone who wants their influence to extend beyond their own appointments and cases.
Who Might Love This
This position may suit an experienced DVM who enjoys helping other clinicians grow, wants a stronger voice in medical decisions, or is ready to move into formal leadership without giving up clinical practice.
Candidates should have at least three years of veterinary experience, a current or eligible state license, and the communication and coaching skills needed to lead a team.
