    About Our Clinic

    Bowdon Animal Hospital is looking for a Medical Director! Bowdon offers state-of-the-art medical care to all the animals of their community! Our huge 11,000 sq foot facility has ample space to provide integrative services to small, large, exotic, zoo, and wildlife. We are even looking into expanding to beehive health! Our team is constantly striving to find new ways to help their community. Our full support team and incredible hospital manager work hard to ensure the days run smoothly for our DVMs. Our new medical Director will enjoy leading a collaborative team of 4 passionate DVMs!
     

    Clinic Snapshot

    Our ideal Medical Director would be a valuable resource to our associates and our externs. The Medical Director would be able to act as a partner with our Hospital Manager, to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. Our goal is to continue to promote the positive work environment Dr. McCord established and our team loves even after his retirement.

    • Practice type: GP/Mixed

    • Support staff ratio: 2:1

    • Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, urgent care

    • Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs

    • Team culture: Collaborative, teaching-focused, high-touch

    • $150,000 -$180,000 annual salary + production bonus

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
