    This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian looking to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You'll play a key role in mentoring fellow veterinarians, maintaining exceptional medical standards and helping shape the future direction of a well-established hospital, while continuing to practice high-quality medicine.

You'll work alongside experienced veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians and a dedicated support team committed to delivering exceptional client service and patient care.

    As Medical Director you will:

    • Lead and mentor the veterinary team
    • Support clinical excellence and medical standards

    • Encourage continuing education and professional development
    • Maintain a positive, collaborative culture while continuing to see appointments and perform surgery.

    Candidate Requirements

    • DVM or equivalent qualification
    • Michigan veterinary license (or eligibility)
    • Several years of small animal clinical experience
    • Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and team-building skills
    • Passion for developing people and delivering exceptional medicine
