Associate Veterinarian

Louisville Family Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our established small animal practice in Louisville, Colorado.

This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys surgery and wants the time, caseload, and support to continue developing those skills.

A Collaborative Doctor Team

You will join a team of veterinarians with varied clinical interests, including dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, cytology, geriatric medicine, pain management, integrative medicine, acupuncture, client communication, leadership, and teaching.

Schedule

We believe a sustainable schedule is essential to a long-term career in veterinary medicine. The ideal schedule would be a 4-day work week with some rotating Saturdays. No after hours call or Sundays.

About You

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and dependable veterinarian who is committed to providing high-quality medicine and building trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications include:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Active Colorado veterinary license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Interest and experience in soft-tissue surgery
  • Strong medical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with veterinarians and support staff
  • Commitment to continued professional growth
  • Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach to care

Compensation and Benefits

Starting base compensation: $120,000 plus production
