Base
salary + 22% production plus bonus opportunities
Sign-on
/ relocation bonus (negotiable)
Full-time
salary: $150,000–$180,000+ (based on experience)
Part-time
salary negotiable (starting ~$70,000) dependent on schedule
CE
allowance + professional dues/licenses paid
Medical,
Dental, Vision & 401(k) with employer match
4
weeks paid vacation (full-time)
Paid
sabbatical (4 weeks) every 5 years of service in addition to annual vacation
