We're hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, privately owned, multi-doctor hospital in Edinburg. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy practice with an immediate caseload, modern facilities, and a collaborative environment designed to help you thrive.

Role Overview

• Mid week only enabling you to enjoy a predictable, work-life-friendly schedule
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Roughly 40 hours per week expected for full time with options to work across 4 or 5 days per week
• Focus on general practice with opportunity to treat a diverse range of patients, including:

Small animals
Exotic species
Occasional small farm animals

• 30-minute appointment slots to support high-quality patient care
• Strong support with an excellent 3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio

• Multiple exam rooms and advanced surgical suite
• Digital full body dental X-ray equipment
• Ultrasound and laser therapy

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000$200,000 + 20% production bonus
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 relocation allowance
