Description

A large general practice and urgent care hospital in the Tri-Cities area of Washington is hiring Veterinarians for full-time and part-time roles in general practice, urgent care, and swing shifts.

The hospital has 12 veterinarians, 16 licensed technicians, and more than 70 team members, with a 6.5:1 support staff to doctor ratio. The culture centers on transparency, positive assumptions, a growth mindset, and hospitality, with daily case discussions, structured mentorship, and team outings.

Key Highlights:

  • General practice shifts 8:00am to 6:00pm with about 2 weekend days per month
  • Swing shift option: 1:00pm to 11:00pm, 3 shifts per week
  • 6.5:1 support staff to doctor ratio
  • CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, in-house diagnostics, therapeutic laser, and vessel sealer
  • AI-assisted documentation, exam room tablets, and dedicated charting space
  • Structured mentorship and daily case discussions

About You:

  • DVM or VMD from an accredited school
  • Valid Washington veterinary license, or eligible
  • Interest in general practice, urgent care, or both
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experienced veterinarians and new graduates welcome
