Calusa Veterinary Center is hiring an Emergency Medical Director to lead our 24/7 emergency service in Boca Raton. You would be running an emergency department inside a thirteen-doctor hospital with cardiology, internal medicine, oncology and dermatology on staff, so the patients your team stabilizes overnight are seen by a specialist in the morning rather than transferred out. You’ll have MRI, ultrasound and radiography, an in-house laboratory, endoscopy, multiple surgical suites and a hyperbaric oxygen center - and the standing to shape how emergency medicine is practiced here.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice growth
