As Vertical Account Manager, you will act as the primary Siemens commercial lead in the Nordic region for hyperscaler accounts and work closely with the global account team. Located in the Nordics Data Center Sales team, you will be responsible for customer engagement, offer preparation, stakeholder coordination and business growth.

You will help ensure that projects are acquired on commercially sustainable terms, enabling successful execution and supporting project delivery. The role combines customer and account management with commercial ownership, contract management, cross-functional coordination and long-term account development.

The Role

• Act as the primary local commercial interface for hyperscaler accounts, building strong relationships with customers and key project stakeholders.
• Own the commercial strategy for assigned opportunities and projects, including negotiations, contract clarifications and internal approvals.
• Manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, including change orders and claims.
• Assess the commercial impact of design, scope and schedule changes and ensure appropriate cost recovery.
• Coordinate across sales, project management, engineering, service and global account teams to ensure effective stakeholder alignment.
• Drive long-term account development by identifying opportunities for additional solutions, lifecycle services and future business.

Your contribution will be measured through profitable offers, effective change order and claim recovery, strong customer stakeholder relationships, and growth of Siemens' hyperscaler business while maintaining the target margin and risk profile. You will also contribute to a positive and engaged team culture by sharing learnings, supporting team development and recognizing key project successes.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial, contract management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships in complex customer and project environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and structured, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization and coordinating stakeholders across countries, business units and functions.
• A proven track record and a minimum of five years' experience within the data center industry, critical infrastructure, or large-scale project environments, ideally including Hyperscaler

accounts, would be considered a strong asset.

• Fluent English is required. A Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) is recommended but not mandatory.

Education

• Holds a master's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable commercial discipline.
