As a Verizon & Frontier Sales Specialist, you’ll work directly with residents throughout the Sarasota area, learn about their internet and wireless needs, and connect them with available products and services. This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, customer service, and leadership while earning based on your individual performance.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training, product knowledge, field support, and coaching to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with residents through door-to-door outreach
- Learn about customers’ internet and wireless needs
- Present available Verizon and Frontier services
- Explain plans, promotions, and service options clearly
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs
- Guide interested customers through the enrollment process
- Participate in team meetings, training, and field development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
Schedule and Work Environment
Team members generally report to the office at
11:00 a.m. for training, preparation, and team development before reporting to the field at approximately
2:00 p.m. Field activity may continue until approximately
8:30 p.m.
This position generally operates six days per week with one designated day off. Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors, traveling throughout the Sarasota area, and conducting face-to-face residential sales.
Compensation
This is a
commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. Earnings are based on individual performance and qualifying customer activations. The complete commission structure will be reviewed during the hiring process before an offer is accepted.
