Position Title: Veritas eDiscovery Platform Engineer

Location: Washington, DC

Clearance Requirements: Top Secret

Estimated Salary: Upto $130,000/year

Position Description:

Join a prominent IT and cybersecurity company supporting national defense, federal agencies, and Fortune 500 clients as a Veritas eDiscovery Platform Engineer. This role requires onsite presence in Washington, DC, and an active Top Secret clearance with SSBI eligibility to support critical legal and data discovery platforms. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Veritas eDiscovery platform, supporting system health, and implementing upgrades to ensure secure and reliable operations. Collaborate with FBI divisions, participate in technical meetings, and deliver high-quality support under tight deadlines in a high-stakes environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to national security and infrastructure modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot the Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) and related review platforms.
  • Support system health, scalability, and performance enhancements to meet operational needs.
  • Apply OS patches, perform upgrades, and install new services as required.
  • Respond to outages and escalate issues as necessary, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
  • Collaborate in technical meetings to review objectives, educate users, and support ongoing operational goals.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and change requests through established change control processes.
  • Support administrative tasks involving Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Provide support and training to technical staff and end-users within the FBI.

Top Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Administration experience, preferably supporting high-availability environments
  • 2+ years of experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform or comparable review platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, five days a week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed
