Job Overview
Position Summary
The Venue Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an elevated level of customer service while overseeing the administrative aspects of the venue. The venue supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high standard of food and beverage consistency while also developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our venue, as well as the long-term success of our employees.
