The next generation of American industry is being built by engineers, scientists, and operators who left the lab, the prime, or the program to start something. Your job is to find them first. As a Venture Associate at Capital Factory, you bring the technical credibility these founders want on their cap table. You'll meet new founders everyday, determine the true breakthrough ventures and recruit the real ones into CF's All Access Fund.

What you will do…

• Meet the best technology entrepreneurs and recruit them into CF's All Access Fund.
• Participate in startup community events & programs as a speaker.
• Use Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to discover new startups and connect with the founders.
• Develop relationships with CEOs, Angel Investors, and Venture Capitalists and connect them with startups that matter.
• Read all of the local startup news and engage in social media.
• Use a suite of AI tools provided by Capital Factory to manage deal flow, publish deal memos and perform at a high level.
• Get ten years of venture capital experience in three years time!
