Location: Greater Philadelphia

Compensation: 140-190k base

We are currently partnered with a leading financial services firm in the Greater Philadelphia area that is looking to bring on a Vendor Onboarding Manager. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in vendor onboarding, vendor management, KYC, or another related field, ideally within the financial services industry. The Vendor Onboarding Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for vendors across multiple business units, conducting vendor due diligence reviews, and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with all industry and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end vendor onboarding process across a variety of business units
• Conduct vendor due diligence and continuous monitoring
• Help build out firm-wide vendor onboarding/management framework, identifying areas for potential risk exposures, and suggesting improvements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that vendor onboarding is aligned with all relevant industry, regulatory, and company standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, vendor onboarding, KYC, or another related field, ideally within the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to handle numerous concurrent and cross functional projects
