Responsible for managing relationships with multiple vendors to resolve customers online order. Communicates with customers, buyers and vendors regarding orders on hold, pending shipment, and/or pending invoice.

Detects, researches and provides resolutions to vendor disputes. Coordinates with e-commerce and accounts payable on returned merchandise.

Provides internal and external access to online ordering system. Resolves all security system issues.

Performs other duties as assigned.
