Role: Contract Coordinator (Purchasing & Vendor Management)
Setting: Hybrid (2 days in / 3 days remote)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: Up to $30/hour dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor contracts, pricing schedules, and purchasing data
- Onboard new trade partners and ensure insurance compliance
- Review contracts, maintain vendor records, and process updates
- Partner with purchasing, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Audit data, resolve billing issues, and support production timelines
What We're Looking For:
- Accounts payable, Purchasing, or contract administration experience
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred
- Proven job stability and attention to detail
- Must complete an at home assessment, then interview with the hiring manager
