The Opportunity
The Vendor Management Governance team serves as the field extension of the Vendor Management Center of Excellence (VM COE), supporting the consistent adoption and execution of vendor management standards, governance requirements, and operating practices across business units and regions. The team partners closely with Vendor Managers, Engagement Managers, Procurement, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance effectiveness and vendor management maturity.
The Vendor Management Governance Advisor serves as a regional governance partner responsible for supporting Vendor Managers and Engagement Managers in executing enterprise vendor management standards and governance requirements.
This role acts as a trusted advisor and governance resource, helping stakeholders understand and apply vendor management policies, standards, reporting expectations, governance requirements, and operating procedures. The position supports governance consistency, program effectiveness, stakeholder enablement, and adoption of enterprise vendor management practices across assigned regions and business areas.

The expected salary range for this position is 172800 - 207000 PLN per annum. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
