Key Responsibilities for the Vendor Management Coordinator:

• 
  
• Coordinate and monitor outsourced manufacturing, processing, and vendor service activities.
• 
  
• Create, release, maintain, and track purchase orders for outsourced services.
• 
  
• Manage order status, production schedules, and outsourced work-in-process activities.
• 
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• 
  
• Maintain supplier communication regarding lead times, order status, and delivery commitments.
• 
  
• Update ERP records and generate reports related to outsourced operations and supplier performance.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Vendor Management Coordinator:

• 
  
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 
  
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, production planning, vendor management, or outsourcing coordination.
• 
  
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems and purchase order management required.
