Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator I (Duluth, MN)

A fast-paced, safety-first industrial supply operation is hiring a Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator I in Duluth. You will deliver and set up inventory at customer sites, stock cabinets, and keep shipments accurate. This 6-month temp assignment has potential for temp to hire depending on site needs.

• Contract assignment, 6 months with possible extension
• Work setting: onsite
• Openings: 1
• Anticipated start: November 8, 2026

• Ensure the accuracy of shipments to the customer
• Set up and stock product in the customer's designated area for vendor managed inventory
• Follow customer orders from pick-up at the warehouse through delivery and set up
• Scan barcodes at the customer site to generate orders and keep barcode labels current
• Track min/max levels and reorder points and recommend changes based on usage
• Assist with annual cycle counts on consigned inventory
• Take customer spot buy orders and relay them to customer service
• Assist with bringing materials to point-of-use areas and loading vending machines
• Keep point-of-use areas organized using 5S

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse, inventory counting or delivery experience
• Ability to understand and carry out written, oral or diagram instructions
• Self-starter who works well with supervision
• Strong customer relationship skills and professional presentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Steel toe shoes required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with barcode scanners and inventory systems
• Experience in vendor managed inventory or industrial supply
• Willingness to learn company products
• Positive, proactive team approach

• Mobile work between a warehouse and customer sites
• Stocking cabinets and loading vending machines
• Dress code: jeans or khakis with a t-shirt or polo; no shorts or sweatpants

• Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
