    Vendor Invoicing & Office Operations Associate

    Role Highlights

    • Execute accurate, policy-compliant accounts payable processing from invoice receipt to payment.
    • Keep documentation audit-ready: invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
    • Support monthly reconciliations and contribute to financial reporting.
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and settle discrepancies promptly and professionally.
    • Provide everyday office support—filing, data entry, and managing supplies.
    • Team up to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
    • Assist with budgets and forecasting on an as-needed basis.

    What You Bring to the Table

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting/finance is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function.
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
    • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; exposure to accounting software preferred.
    • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Clear, confident communication—written and verbal.
