    We are looking for a Vendor Compliance Analyst to join our Operations team. The Vendor Compliance Analyst should be a business professional, have the ability to multi-task extensively with success, while staying organized, and is a self-starter who works independently, as well as, in a team environment with minimal instruction to meet deadlines in a timely manner. The Analyst role requires a person who is confident, with a strong understanding of operations. They must also have the ability to communicate concisely with all levels of employees within the company and its customers. The Vendor Compliance Analyst will be responsible for an array of tasks that encompass the entire workflow process within the Vendor Compliance team, beginning with new customer set-up through management of ongoing customer requirements, to avoid future non-compliance deductions.

    What you will do in this role:

    • Analysis of Fossil customer's requirements for onboarding

    • Decrease costs through non-compliance deductions by research and dispute of erroneous claims

    • Monitor, track, implement or negotiate as customer requirements changes to support Fossil's best practices or secure exemptions

    • Create and maintain support documentation for execution of customer requirements within Fossil

    • Develop new and maintain existing relationships (internal and external) to support collaboration for mutually successful outcomes

    • Project management, whether independently or within a team, to aid in the completion of complex, challenging and time-sensitive projects

    Who You Are:

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of the following:

    • Microsoft Word and Excel

    • Google Mail, Drive and Docs

    • SAP

    • AS400/PKMS

    • Customer Service/Support/Operations

    • Vendor Compliance Deductions and/or Requirements

    • Multifaceted, allowing for the ability to acclimate seamlessly into any setting

    • Must be able to collaborate within a multi-functional team

    • Highly focused self-starter

    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

    • Ability to successfully multi-task in a high paced environment with conflicting priorities

    • Analytical with superior attention to detail

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Team player who also works well independently

    • Bilingual is a plus
