iesel Mechanic / Service Technician (Electrical & Pump Systems) Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $20HrJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and versatile Diesel Mechanic / Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to think on their feet.In this position, you will work on diesel engines (including Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans), electrical systems, and pumping equipment, along with general repair and maintenance tasks. Every day is different, so adaptability and problem-solving skills are key.We offer on-the-job training, but we need someone with a strong foundation and a “get it done” attitude.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair diesel engines, including Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vansTroubleshoot and fix electrical systems (wiring, components, controls)Service and repair pumping systems and related equipmentPerform general mechanical and handyman-type repairsIdentify issues quickly and develop effective solutions on the spotMaintain tools, equipment, and work areasCommunicate issues and repairs clearly with the teamRequirementsExperience as a diesel mechanic, technician, or similar roleStrong knowledge of electrical troubleshootingFamiliarity with pumps or fluid systems (preferred)Experience with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter diesel vans (highly preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and handle a variety of tasksValid driver’s licensePreferred TraitsQuick thinker who can solve problems in real-timeHands-on “fix anything” mentalityReliable, motivated, and willing to learnBenefitsCompetitive pay (based on experience)On-the-job trainingStable, long-term positionSupportive team environmentScheduleThere are 2 days that are overnight Tues 6pm- 11pmThurs 6pm- 11pm Sunday 8am- 7pm Work EnvironmentShop and field workMust be able to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditionsApply TodayIf you’re a versatile mechanic who can handle diesel, electrical, and general repair work, we want to hear from you.
