    Identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems by inspecting all repo/lease vehicles (i.e. interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment, noting any damage or repair to frame, paint or other, engine noise, AC/heater operation, radio, tire condition, etc.). Eligible on 1st of the following month following 60 days of continuous employment, employees can choose health, dental, and vision plans through United Health Care networks, with PPO or High Deductible options and an HSA.

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems by inspecting all repo/lease vehicles (i.e. interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment, noting any damage or repair to frame, paint or other, engine noise, AC/heater operation, radio, tire condition, etc.)
    • Check vehicles in to the auction and park them in the correct location.
    • Document vehicle condition by completing appropriate Condition Report (CR), taking digital pictures and computer data entry in a timely manner.
    • Prepare selected vehicles for Internet viewing by taking digital pictures during the inspection process and writing Condition reports.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, including but not limited to locating and moving vehicles, starting and/or jump-starting vehicles, etc.
    • May occasionally be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
    • Other assignments or tasks as assigned. We believe in a team environment and pitch in performing any necessary tasks to make the company a success.

    Competencies/Skills

    • Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required
    • Basic computer and tablet skills required. Familiarity with tablets is a plus.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    Physical Demands

    • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
    • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch and climb
    • Works outside in all weather conditions
    • Essential visual functions of this role may include the ability to perceive close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without reasonable accommodation.

    Job Type: Full-time $15-$16/hr. with benefits

    Required education:

    • High school or equivalent

    Required licenses or certifications:

    • Clean driving record
    • Driver's License
    • Must be 21

    After six months, employees can contribute to a 401(k) with traditional or Roth options. GRAA matches 100% of contributions up to 3% and 50% for the next 2%.
