Position Summary

As a Condition Report Writer / Vehicle Inspector, you will inspect incoming vehicles, document their condition, take photographs, and complete electronic condition reports using a handheld device. Your attention to detail helps ensure accurate vehicle assessments before sale or transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Identify and document dents, scratches, paint damage, windshield damage, and other imperfections.
• Record vehicle mileage, VIN, and overall condition.
• Take clear, accurate photographs of each vehicle.
• Complete electronic condition reports using a handheld device.
• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using handheld electronic devices or tablets.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous automotive, inspection, detailing, or vehicle-related experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate!
