RevCats is hiring a Veeva RIM Registrations Business Analyst for a hybrid contract role in Foster City, California. Connect Regulatory Affairs business requirements with Veeva Vault RIM Registrations and SAP integrations.
Assignment details
Duration: 12+ months.
Compensation: $70/hour W2 or $77/hour self C2C/1099.
West Coast-based candidates who can work a hybrid schedule in Foster City.
Responsibilities
Analyze Veeva RIM Registrations and SAP integration requirements and identify process gaps.
Design solutions, data mappings and process improvements.
Implement changes that streamline registration workflows and SAP integrations.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, business users and cross-functional technical teams.
Support and guide end users, identify and mitigate project risks, and document processes, requirements and system configurations.
Required qualifications
Approximately 8 to 9 years of overall professional experience.
3+ years as a Business Analyst focused on Veeva RIM Registrations and integrations with SAP.
Hands-on Veeva Vault RIM and RIM Registrations business-process experience.
Strong understanding of how product and registration data is created, configured and maintained in the registration module, and how it flows to or interacts with SAP.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, medical device, healthcare or manufacturing environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, process documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
