With a strong focus on innovation, technology adoption, employee development, and operational excellence, they continue to invest heavily in Virtual Design and Construction capabilities to support sustainable growth and project success.The VDC Project Manager will report into the Virtual Design and Construction leadership team and will be responsible for driving BIM execution, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects.Manage project-level BIM execution plans, schedules, coordination efforts, and model deliverablesLead and facilitate 3D spatial coordination activities across project stakeholdersSupport project teams and VDC personnel on BIM-enabled projectsDevelop and maintain high-quality BIM content and standardsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and digital construction practicesMentor junior VDC team members and assist with team development initiativesMaintain awareness of emerging VDC technologies, trends, and best practicesFor the VDC Project Manager we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related fieldApproximately 2-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, construction technology, or field operationsExperience supporting construction projects through Virtual Design and Construction methodologiesWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM technologiesUnderstanding of construction processes, project delivery, and coordination workflowsStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesPassion for leveraging technology and 3D data to improve project deliveryWhat's on offer:Competitive base salaryComprehensive benefits packagePaid parental leaveStructured career development and advancement opportunitiesContinuing education and professional development supportAdditional paid time off during the holiday seasonOpportunity to work on complex, technology-driven construction projectsCollaborative culture focused on innovation, quality, and employee growth
