A bit about us:

We're a union industrial and mechanical contractor based in Vancouver, WA. We specialize in complex infrastructure and critical plant processes across the Pacific Northwest and Western US. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a VDC Manager to build our digital construction function from the ground up.

Why join us?
  • Build it your way. This isn't a plug and play BIM seat; you'll design our VDC standards, workflows, and strategy from scratch
  • Have a real voice. You'll shape how estimating, fabrication, and the field work together across the whole company
  • Family coverage fully paid. Medical, dental, and vision are covered 100% for you and your dependents
  • Competitive pay plus a discretionary merit bonus, vehicle allowance, and 401(k) match
  • Grow with us. A career development map and a company in growth mode give you room to keep moving up.

Job Details
  • Build and lead our VDC function, including standards, workflows, the BIM Execution Plan, and success metrics
  • Integrate the ESTmep to Revit workflow and own the ESTmep fabrication database so estimating data flows through the full project lifecycle
  • Own Revit content libraries, model standards, and a connected pipeline across ESTmep, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Stratus
  • Lead coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews, and manage detailing partners
  • Administer Stratus and support fabrication and field teams with install ready, model based workflows

Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of VDC or BIM coordination experience in mechanical, industrial, or construction environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools, with ESTmep and Stratus preferred.
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, fabrication, and field installation.
  • Proven ability to build systems and lead BIM and VDC processes across multidisciplinary teams.
