Title: Benthic Sample Picking
Department: Biology (Macroinvertebrate Lab)
Reports to: Louis Wieland
Position Summary:
As a Benthic Sample Picker you will be processing samples that were collected from rivers and streams around the state. You will be looking through the samples and picking out macroinvertebrates. Washing glassware, working with data, cleaning and other lab duties may also be a part of this job. Training will be done when you start the position. Payrate is $12/hour. Work up to 20 hours per week. Once you are trained in you will be able to come in to work in the evenings and weekends.
