Serve as a Splunk Engineer
Operate and maintain the Splunk ITSI environment
Provide technical expertise to develop custom glass tables, dashboards, and visualizations
Ensure high availability and dependability of critical enterprise services Focus on proactive incident response and risk management by:
Leveraging predictive analytics Threshold management Deep-dive correlation to identify root causes and mitigate service disruptions Map dependencies across the ecosystem
Enable real-time monitoring of IT services
Create policies for noise reduction
Drive business alignment by:
