The Vault Cashier is responsible for processing cash transactions within a secure area, ensuring accuracy in handling, counting and distributing money.
Duties:
Prepare bank deposits, receive and verify gaming revenues.
Safeguard and maintain bankrolls.
Quickly and accurately disburse internal banks.
Accurately receipt and disburse Pit and Slot area fills and credits.
Complete data entry in Micros accounting system, perform paper back-up.
Complete paperwork reconciliations for accounting.
Perform simple functions required to correct various problems to keep machinery running.
Qualifications:
Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
Previous money-handling experience with demonstrated ability to balance a bankroll.
Ten-key by touch.
Ability to handle complex transactions and multitask.
Ability to self-audit and locate monetary variances.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
