Ravenscroft School seeks a Head Varsity Baseball Coach & Program Head to lead and develop our student-athletes in a competitive, character-driven program. This role is responsible for all aspects of the baseball program, including skill instruction, practice planning, game management, and program administration. The ideal candidate brings a strong knowledge of baseball, experience coaching youth or high school athletes, and a deep commitment to the academic and athletic mission of Ravenscroft School. This is a seasonal, part-time position covering the spring sports season (approximately February–May). SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: May supervise assistant coaches and student managers as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
School-based environment with regular presence on Ravenscroft’s athletic facilities, including fields and team areas. Travel to away contests is required. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Active physical participation is required, including demonstrating drills, remaining on feet for extended periods, and lifting and moving athletic equipment. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
