Job Highlights


  • Produce quality candies by following FPC guidelines and maintaining safe, sanitary practices
  • Feed kettles with raw materials and cook ingredients to exact specifications
  • Load pans and engross centers to proper size and weight using syrup and dry sugar or dextrose
  • Adjust controls to regulate temperature, ingredient amounts, and other production variables


Candidate Profile


  • 2+ years of warehouse experience required; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of General Manufacturing Principles (GMP) required
  • Ability to obtain pallet jack and forklift certifications
  • Capable of walking, standing, using stairs for extended periods, and lifting up to 60 lbs in a loud environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Skilled in machine operation and troubleshooting issues with process equipment
