Varicent Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Varicent Development & Configuration
   " Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including:
   o Compensation models
   o Components, rules, and calculations
   o Data tables and data integrations
   o Workflows and approval processes
   " Build and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.
2. Data Management & Integration
   " Manage ETL processes for loading and transforming sales/HR/finance data.
   " Create and maintain robust data pipelines for accurate, timely compensation processing.
   " Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
3. Reporting & Analytics
   " Develop dashboards and reports within Varicent (Composer, Presenter, or other modules).
   " Provide insights on sales performance, incentive payouts, quota attainment, and trends.
   " Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation analytics to leadership.
4. Support & Operations
   " Execute monthly/quarterly compensation runs, validations, and reconciliations.
   " Resolve system issues, calculation discrepancies, and user queries.
   " Work with cross functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, HR) to support compensation cycles.
5. Documentation & Compliance
   " Maintain documentation for models, rules, data flows, and integrations.
   " Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls.
   " Assist with UAT, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
