This role involves managing sales operations, developing strategies to drive van sales growth, and working closely with customers to meet their transportation needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the van sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the commercial van market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet clients, and business partners.
- Provide product knowledge training and support to sales staff.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling vans, preferably within the automotive industry.
