• Drive assigned van or vehicle along specified routes, or to/from pickups & drop-offs.
• Ensure passenger safety during boarding, transit, and exit; assist as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks; report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle; adhere to company driver schedules, logs, policies.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding schedule changes, student concerns, route delays.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record, ability to pass company driver screening (MVR, drug testing).
• Ability to interact courteously with passengers, parents, staff.
• Ability to navigate routes, adjust for conditions, maintain schedule.
