You start by checking the day’s route details, confirming addresses and timing, and completing a quick vehicle readiness check before the first pickup. Between runs, you coordinate updates with nursing and administrative staff, manage any schedule adjustments, and complete required trip notes. You’ll keep a steady, calm pace during travel, helping residents feel at ease and informed about what’s next.
