We're Hiring: Casual Call Van Driver – Make a Difference One Ride at a Time!

Are you someone who loves being on the road, enjoys good conversation, and wants to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives? If you answered "yes," we want YOU to join our team as a Casual Call Van Driver!

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and compassionate individual to help transport our amazing residents to and from their personal errands, social outings, and medical appointments. This isn’t just a driving job—it’s a chance to brighten someone’s day and be a trusted part of their journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and activities
• Provide a warm, friendly, and respectful experience for every passenger
• Assist residents in and out of the van as needed
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Communicate with staff about schedule changes or special accommodations

What You Bring:

• A valid driver’s license
• Acceptable driving record (including no DUI/OWIs within the past 5 years)
• A big heart and a helpful attitude
• Great time-management and communication skills
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges (we’ll train you if needed!)

Casual Call Drivers fill in for vacation time and outing trips. You get to pick the shifts or events you work based on your availability.

Hourly wage range (based on experience): $14.27-$17.13
