    Job Title: Value Creation Manager (Transactions Advisory)
    Location: Remote / Travel as needed
    Duration: Contract / Project-Based



    Role Overview

    Value Creation Manager to support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements, with a focus on carve-outs and standalone readiness. This role sits within a transactions advisory team and is responsible for helping clients validate, optimize, and realize value throughout the transaction lifecycle.
    This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for professionals with strong experience in transaction advisory, operational consulting, and separation planning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support carve-out and standalone transaction engagements
    • Conduct standalone, one-time, and stranded cost assessments
    • Perform synergy and interdependency analysis
    • Support separation planning and readiness assessments
    • Assist in Transition Service Agreement (TSA) development and scheduling
    • Support operating model design and optimization
    • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
    • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and client deliverables
    • Perform detailed analysis to identify value creation opportunities
    • Collaborate across cross-functional workstreams
    • Mentor junior team members and support team development
    • Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
      • Management consulting
      • Transaction advisory
      • Corporate development
    • Strong experience in M&A, carve-outs, integration, or separation work
    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PMP, CPA, CMA, or similar certifications
    • Experience supporting private equity or strategic transactions
    • Background in operating model design or transformation initiatives
