Pay Rate: $22–$23/hr depending on experience
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Temporary to Permanent

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in General Engineering, or another related engineering/technical field who are looking to start their career in Verification & Validation (V&V), product testing, or medical device engineering.
Candidates do not need to come directly from a V&V background. We are open to new graduates who have strong hands-on technical skills, lab or project experience, and an interest in getting into a testing and engineering environment.
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a V&V Test Technician, your day-to-day duties will include:
• Executing detailed test procedures according to written instructions in a regulated environment.
• Working closely with Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Accurately documenting test results to support regulatory approval and manufacturing release.
• Ensuring test results accurately reflect test conditions and meet FDA documentation standards.
• Identifying, reporting, and escalating issues or anomalies found during testing.
• Working with engineering teams on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Providing feedback to improve the accuracy and repeatability of test procedures.
• Operating test equipment including data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, and other lab/testing equipment.
• Supporting testing of medical devices and cutting-edge healthcare technologies.
Job Specifications:
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering, or another related technical field.
• Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on engineering projects, internships, co-ops, labs, manufacturing, or testing experience is a plus.
• Experience in Design QA, Manufacturing QA, laboratory testing, or a regulated environment is preferred but not required for strong entry-level candidates.
• Medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with testing equipment such as data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, or similar instrumentation.
• Ability to follow and execute detailed test procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and software tools.
• SQL or experience working with data sets/databases is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work, approximately 5–10%.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
