Job Title: Validation Test Technician 

Location: Kokomo or Carmel, Indiana 

Job Type: W2 Contract 

Expected hours per week: 40 hours 

Schedule: Onsite 

Job Description:
The Validation Test Technician executes product testing according to test plans and OEM specifications, with responsibility for accurate test setup, data collection, and reporting. This role supports multiple product lines in a test laboratory environment and requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Test, Product, and Validation Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Validation test operation/execution
• Full life cycle product test ownership
• Ensuring accurate test reporting
• Communication to Test Engineering for approval/notification
• Direct interaction with product engineers to ensure compliance
• Maintaining open communication with Validation Engineering to ensure performance of the product
• Maintaining a clean/safe work environment/area.
• Process Oriented
• Good Communicator
• Flexibility to meet customer requirements may require adjustment to hours / shift schedule
