Job Description

Seeking a Validation Engineer to support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for equipment at a new pharmaceutical or biotech
manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SAT, IQ/OQ, and equipment qualification protocols.
• Verify equipment against URS and approved design specifications.
• Support equipment such as tanks, pumps, filtration systems, chromatography systems, and bioreactors.
• Review vendor documentation and resolve equipment deficiencies with OEMs.
• Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with GMP.

Required Skills

• Strong pharmaceutical/biotech validation and C&Q experience.
• Hands-on SAT, IQ/OQ, FAT, and GMP documentation experience.
• Knowledge of URS, requirements traceability, risk assessments, and deviation management.
